BinCanada Posted November 25, 2007 Report Share Posted November 25, 2007 Decided Friday Nov.23 in the evening to stay overnight while Xmas shopping in Bellingham the next day. Saw that another person had got this, so I THOUGHT I would start low(being US Thanksgiving/shopping weekend) and started my bid at $35. It was accepted! So for $35.00 plus taxes/fees= US$45.96. Phoned quite quickly to Hotel and requested 2 beds, but they said I was already down for 2 beds! Fairfield Inn & Suites 9834 Old Hwy 99N, Burlington(26 miles South of Bellingham) (About 3 miles from Cascades Mall in Burlington.) Free, good breakfast, free internet access, free parking, indoor pool(not hot enough for me though), hottub, 3 exercise machines, entire hotel is nonsmoking; easy to find off of the Interstate 5 at Exit 232. The place was very nice and new. Only negative: IF you are a light sleeper request a room as far away from the Interstate 5 as possible! Would return. (I will try and get a more complete review done sometime soon.) Went to savingsbarn.com and then to PRICELINE link. Link to comment
