Colfax Posted September 29, 2007 Author Report Posted September 29, 2007 Here are a couple more updates for the Omaha Hotel List:1) In the Downtown zone the former Sheraton is now the Magnolia Omaha. Priceline no longer offers 3* bidding Downtown.2) In the Central-Northwest zone the former Red Lion is now the Regency Plaza Omaha.3) In the Omaha Southwest zone the Baymont Inn is now La Quinta Southwest.4) The Clarion West is listed twice, in Central-Northwest and Southwest zones. It's in the Southwest zone. But it's also had a minor name change and is no longer a Clarion hotel. Its new name makes me laugh---the Clarino Hotel. At first when I saw "Clarino" I thought it was a misprint but it's for real. Here's a pic of the hotel with its new name:Clarino Hotel
thereuare Posted September 30, 2007 Report Posted September 30, 2007 ....---the Clarino HotelPerhaps to save costs on signage they only needed to re-arrange the letters on the building rather than have any new ones fabricated. Thanks for the update(s). :) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
