This Homestead is in a good location, a short walk to Sugar House Park and next to the Sugarhouse shops and restaurants.

The front lobby closes at 9pm, which is early even for a Homestead. I also had to take a smoking room, the first time that's happened in my last 20 or so Priceline stays. It really didn't smell like smoke though.

I don't know if Sugar House is one word or two. I saw it spelled both ways.
