I had a great stay. Watch out for the 'no view' rooms they'll likely give you if you book on PL or HW; try to get a cityview room ABOVE the restaurant level; rooms below the restaurant level (floors 2-12) are old and shabby as the rooms above the restaurant are a newer addition to the hotel; it used to be called the Foxhead, with the old rooms being the original ones. New rooms are great.

I was lucky, as Ive got SPG Gold, and since I stay here often when NOT using hotwire, they upgraded me to a lovely fallsview jacuzzi room on the 20th floor.
