If you do choose to bid via priceline you are never guaranteed a specific hotel, you can only select a zone and star quality that you would be willing to accept. That being said the Turtle Bay is a beautiful resort on the north shore area of Oahu. I have never stayed anywhere on Oahu other than the Honolulu area. I do not believe that priceline offers bidding zones that encompass the northshore of Oahu. Someone else may have more insight than myself but to my knowledge you would not have any chance of getting the turtle bay resort via priceline. Link to comment
