mory Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 Does priceline ticket give us the mileage? UA, NW, Delta, JAL etcI wonder about it.And departing city is defined? America, Europe, Asia, Oceania,,same as hotel?,are the the tickets departing from major city available?please adviceKen
WillTravel Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 Priceline tickets don't get frequent-flyer miles/points in general. I think on a few rare occasions someone has succeeded, but that was probably an error on the airline's part. You can choose exactly which airport to arrive and depart from. All of the tickets that Priceline sells are scheduled routings. You do have to depart from a US city.
JB Albany Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 It works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. Doesn't hurt to try.-JB
mory Posted April 17, 2004 Author Report Posted April 17, 2004 Dear JB Albany,Please advise "sometimes yes" case more particularly. Thanks for taking time.Mory
xltel Posted May 18, 2004 Report Posted May 18, 2004 I was able to get mileage credit from NWA on priceline tickets that were booked thru Delta (NWA partner). I went to the NWA site and was able to look up my reservations. I then added my NWA elite number to the ticket and got credit for the mileage. I was also able to change seat assignments.Good luck,Tom.
