BHL
$45 not accepted. BTW, after I had bid $40, I got:Try Again Right NowWe searched hundreds of options to find your hotel room, however we can't accept your offer of $40 per room, per night. Your credit card has not been charged for Request Number xxx-xxx-xxx-xx. If you are willing to raise your price by $12, you can try the same request again right now. Normally you are required to change additional items (add zones, star level, or dates) in order to try your request again. However we are able to extend this one-time opportunity to you because of the zone, quality level and dates you requested. If you do not want to increase your price and would prefer to modify the other details of your request (zones, star level, dates) and try again, click here. Also, I chose to edit details instead, added a zone, and bid $45. On the next screen, I got a msg Enter the last four digits of your MasterCard card to verify your identity., instead of the normal 'enter your initials'. Just curious why.Would a 2.5* likely be $52 as it suggested? How much do you think a 3* would be? Link to comment
thereuare
Would a 2.5* likely be $52 as it suggested?A 2.5* would be between $46 and $52.Also, I chose to edit details instead, added a zone, and bid $45. On the next screen, I got a msg Enter the last four digits of your MasterCard card to verify your identity., instead of the normal 'enter your initials'. Just curious why. When you bid again from the same screen, this is done for security purposes. Let's say you were on a public computer and walked about without closing the browser... somebody else could come along, 'guess' your initials (or use the BACK button on your browser to reveal your name), and then place a bid.
