BHL
I'm taking a trip to a 2 different cities but am considering bidding on hotels in cities that are between each of my starting points and destinations, to cut down on diving time. I'll be saying 3 nights total. When using priceline, would I get a better or worse rate by bidding on 3 different hotels for 1 night each, vs. 2 hotels with 2 nights in one of them and 1 in the other? Also, would I pay more in fees with 3 hotels vs. 2? dahammer
you will pay a higher fee with 3 bids rather than 2 bids. But, it sounds like you're assuming that the hotels in all three zones will accept the same bid amount. Link to comment
BHL
How do they figure the fee now? Link to comment
thereuare
There will be a difference in fee, but it's minimal. You're roughly looking at $7 for a one nite stay, $6.xx for a two nite stay, $6.00 for a three nite stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
