Looking for 1-night (night of 10/10/07) in Frankfurt area

4* Frankfurt (West) $48 - rejected

added Airport $50 - rejected

added East $52 - rejected

3* $48 - rejected

2* $48 - rejected

At this point I'm not terribly concerned as it's still almost two months off. Will keep trying.

One of the world's biggest books fairs starts on 10 Oct. Hotel availability is almost zero. I see (almost) no way you could ever get a Priceline bid accepted during a major event like this one in Frankfurt and recommend you book anything that is still within your budget asap. The cheapest double on www.hotel.de that is, in fact, available, costs

Thank you so so much for this information. I know of the Frankfurt Book Fair but had no idea that's when it was. Luckily we will have a car, so we'll try to find anything affordable that's out of town. Again, thanks very much for the information.
