Neelee Posted August 4, 2007 Report Posted August 4, 2007 Last year in July I got this same hotel for $45. I am not flexible with the dates and assumed from previous experience anything under $40 probably would be rejected. After researching, figured half price would be the best I could do. Your Offer Price: $42.00Number of Rooms: 1Number of Nights: 1Subtotal: $42.00Taxes and Service Fees: $13.04Total Charges*: $55.04Hotel Website $89.00Travelaxe $70.00Lodging.com $89.00World Res $80.00Orbitz $89.00Roomsavers.com - no listings availableIf I recall from last year there were a couple of problems with the first room they offered me. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall and it smelled musty. The front desk people were friendly and quickly gave me another room. Not much "evening entertainment" in the area, but the price is right. Just about a 5 min drive away is Sea Galley - a nice place for good food at a reasonable price. There's the usual "strip mall" suspects such as Target, Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer etc. nearby. Now, all I need is Ellensburg for the next night. Unfortunately it doesn't look like Priceline has any hotels in the area even though there's BW, Holiday Inn Express and several others.
