Boy, it sure took me a while to get this booking done. Not quite what I had in mind originally, but what a deal. And a new hotel for this list:

This was my first bid at this star level and for this zone. I was surprised to see this one come up as in the "shop and compare" feature on priceline the Holiday Inn Dusseldorf-Neuss had shown up as the cheapest at $128.

Before I had bid 5* Duesseldorf Central from $80 up to $130/night using Duesseldorf West as a free rebid zone. I also bid 4* in both zones from $50 up to $75. No luck.
