(ie- i haven't looked at prices at all, but just as an example, would you prefer a 3* for $100 or a 2.5* for $75)Let us know and we'll advise accordingly. ykh Posted June 30, 2007 Author Report Posted June 30, 2007 sorry to forgot to mention, 2-2.5* is fine, but of course, if I can get higher star rating at about the same price, then it's even better. The highest I can go may be is $140 or so.

You can certainly bid in order to try to beat this rate, but you may (probably) want to consider lowering your maximum bid if this property would be acceptable for the price.Let us know your thoughts.
