Priceline Hotel: NMA HELP

I need 3 rooms in Chicago for July 7-11. I have used priceline successfully in the past; however, never for more than 1 room at a time. Do you have any tips for bidding 3 rooms. We'd like to stay in the same hotel, so I don't really want to do 3 different bids, unless we have to, to get a good price. (Last year I got 1 room at the Westin for $55/night, hoping for around the same this year. )

Thanks for your help.

PS: GREAT SITE!!!!! :)

It shouldn't make a difference. Just select "3" instead of "1" when choosing the number of rooms. Some people have reported it seems to take a higher bid to get 3 rooms, but then again a lot of people still seem to get the same low prices.

What star level are you planning to bid for? Is NMA the only zone you want?

Welcome to BetterBidding!

Thank you very much for the compliments on the site.

I agree with WT in that it shouldn't make a difference and i wouldn't adjust my bidding strategy. Just make sure you select '3' from the dropdown menu so that you are bidding for all 3 rooms at once. All the bids will get billed to the same credit card, so if you are doing the bidding for others just make sure that they understand what you're doing and that the reservations are non-cancellalbe, non-changable, and non-refundable (and try to get paid once the bid is accepted).

If you'd like help with a bidding strategy let us know if NMA is the only zone you'll consider and we'll suggest a recommended approach.

GREAT TO HEAR!!! I wasn't sure if my chances changed with needing 3 rooms! I think I have my bidding strategy ready. We do want to stay in NMA area as we are going to be there for a conference. I have found (through this site :) ) that there are 2 other zones that don't have 3* or higher and 2 more that don't have 4*. (Please correct me, if I'm wrong!! still new at the rebidding part!)

I have already told everyone that payment is due as soon as the bid is accepted, but that is a great point. Great advice! Thanks again.
