Hotwire Hotel: 3* hotel in North Strip identifying

it may sound like nothing new here but I'm trying to figure out if 3* hotel in North Strip (dates 7/21/07-7/23/07) for 66$ per night with trip advisor reviews can be Sahara or Stratosphere? Is Sahara a good place to stay?
