A new hotel for the Sacramento list, although very far from being a new hotel.

This was an upgrade on a 2* bid. I was angling for the 2* La Quinta. $42 for 2* Downtown got a counteroffer to raise by $12. I added another zone at $45 and got "upgraded" to the Clarion, whose "Internet Users Rate" was $89.09.
