Priceline Hotel: 3* Palm Springs Wyndham

FYI, I stayed at this Wyndham this week after having gotten it for $52 on HOTWIRE for the night of 5/15. Since I enjoyed that and I live a less than 2 hour drive from Palm Springs, I thought I'd try for another night next week if I could get this place or another nice Palm Springs place cheaply. Got this Wyndham for $46 on my first bid on Priceline. I don't know what Hotwire was asking for it for this night, because Hotwire was down this evening when I bid for this place on Priceline. But since I've consistently seen this Wyndham going for rates of $52-59 on Hotwire in May, I decided to bid $46 on Priceline, and that number turned out to be a winner. Ironically, LAST week, when I got this place for $52 on HOTWIRE, I was UNSUCCESSFUL with a $46 Priceline bid for the same day just prior to accepting the Hotwire $52 offer.
