cdn_shopper Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 Hi,Something has come up really last minute and I need some help. I tried to get a room through Priceline and bid $100 for 4 star in hollywood. Rejected all the way up to $125 and added different zones. I need a room for Thursday. What should I do?
Colfax Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 Have you checked if the Renaissance and Roosevelt have rooms available on Thursday? If they're sold out you won't win them on Priceline.
thereuare Posted May 16, 2007 Report Posted May 16, 2007 What is the best rate you can find thru traditional channels? What is your maximum bid?Can you also include the Beverly Hills/West Hollywood zone (or any other zones?)At what point do you lower to a 3*? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
cdn_shopper Posted June 18, 2007 Author Report Posted June 18, 2007 We ended up getting a rate of $170 at the Farmer's Daughter through their website. It was actually closer to where we needed to be with the Grove next door. Thanks for all your help though.
