wanna Posted May 1, 2007 Report Posted May 1, 2007 I need advice for a stay in Cocoa Beach for June 9th and 10th 2007. My biggest request is something clean and preferably right on the ocean. I know priceline wont guarantee oceanfront property but maybe you know what is being offered lately? I was thinking of a 2.5 or 3* and hopefully under 100.00 per night. I picked Cocoa Beach because it is directly east of Orlando where we will be coming from, but If there is another area around an hours drive away from Orlando that is on the beach and in our price range can you also recommend that too?Hope I included all the info needed. Thanks in advance for your advice.
dahammer Posted May 1, 2007 Report Posted May 1, 2007 is this a one night or two night stay?Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to Orlando and its on the east coast, so there are real waves!the only way to guarantee a beachfront hotel is to look on HOTWIRE, you will see a beachfront amenity in the listing. The Cocoa beach island is not too wide, so check out the map on Hotwire and see if you can live with a hotel in the shaded area. There is a 3* for $92 that has not been identified. The other beach is Melbourne, just a little south of Cocoa Beach. Good luck
