Need help on ID'ing a 3 star hotel

includes, suite, breakfast, fitness, pool, restaurant, business, laundry, golf

Im thinking this is embassy suites but its not listed as 3.5* as stated in the hotel list.

No evidence of a downgrade of the Embassy Suites, but this property has not been reported for a years, so with nothing else matching and the amenity combination being somewhat unique, i too would think that this Embassy Suites is now a 3* rated property and that would be our best guess.

Does hotwire gaurantee the amenities as stated?? just a little unsure that its the embassy suites, the amenities match the the Embassy, but the stated retail price (in see hotel details) matches the four points sheration which is def not a suite hotel, doesnt serve cont brkfast and is not nice.

The retail prices HOTWIRE show's are frequently incorrect. Hotwire's stance is that the retail price is an example based upon that class of hotel and not the particular property you will receive.

The amenities are 'guaranteed' to be there... so if complimentary breakfast is an icon shown then the hotel will offer that amenity (however, something like a pool could be shown, and if you're staying at a property in a cold climate and the pool is outdoor and closed, then that's not something guaranteed)

just a follow up review of the property.

This is a 3* Embassy Suites. The cons - somewhat loud, thin walls, rooms are in need of update (looks like a remodel is in the works), I've stayed at much nicer Embassy Suites.

Pros - for the price it was worth it, great location next to the Marin Civic Center designed by Frank Llyod Wright, happy hour and free breakfast included!! Best deal in Marin County.
