started my same day bid using Savingsbarn.com, selected a 3* in Binghamton and bid $65, rejected. Added a rebid zone and increased bid to $71, but was rejected again. Re-accessed PL and bid $77, success!

no great savings here, only $35 compared to the "all in" price for a conventional booking ($116 plus tax) I believe this is the only 3* property in Binghamton proper. I've stayed here a few years ago, the rooms were tiny and in need of refurbishing. There are better and newer hotel options in Vestal such as the Residence Inn and Courtyard.
