ravinia Posted February 20, 2004 Report Posted February 20, 2004 Web rates were a bit higher than average, and they're host to a bunch of insurance types convening, but here we go again. Was tempted to try for one of three known Loop boutiques, complete with comp wine hours, but two showed sold out and the third was high, and may have taken $70+ bid before fees and taxes. A couple stays here they've given us 'elevator' rooms. With the pictures rattling on the wall, asked to be moved; they said regular rooms were all full but for additional $15 upgraded us to a dual window large table and sofa room with wet bar. Quiet and with a nice view. For a giant hotel they're pretty friendly. Bid from 'Barn.
