MI Detroit Novi Wyndham Garden

Stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Novi, Feburary 2007.

This property is tired and worn. Staff was friendly enough but you can tell that priceline is second rate. My room was near the side entrance and across the hall from the vending and ice machine. Did not bother me but might others. I was told by staff person next day, when I was carrying on a friendly conversation that they were recently bought up by Doubletree. That might explain why the rooms have not been updated in a long time. Lobby area was clean and nice enough. The hot breakfast buffet was 11.99 or close to that. We declined.

Over all, location is hard to find (Novi has strict sign laws) to get to Wyndham you have to drive through a Mall parking lot road and then all the way down to the end. We passed it by first time even when we knew what we were looking for. They do give free pass to Bally's Fitness Center located across street. I would give this place 2* not the 2.5* that priceline give it.
