There are a couple of other Holiday Inn's in this area, the address of this one is: 970 DIXON ROADTORONTO, ON M9W 1J9 CANADA Total with fees/taxes is: $47.16 (US). The IC website lists the rate as $169.95 (CDN) per night plus taxes. I did see mention that the hotel is going through a renovation, so that may the reason for the low price.
