Hotwire Hotel: 4* San Diego (Sea World-Mission Bay-Shelter Island) Hilton

I originally went with the 3* at Mission Valley/Hotel Circle and received the Ramada...read the review on Trip Advisor aznd freaked out..so I decided to try again (more later) and went with a 4* Sea World/Mission Bay and received the San Diego Hilton San Diego Resort-

Filed a dispute with Hotwire over the 3* rating at the Ramada listed as Mission Valley/Hotel Circle. They replied and said the 3* was a correct rating and refused to refund my $$.
