Tbud Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 I would like to request help in bidding for the LV Strip next week. I arrive on January 6 and depart on January 12th. I know the Consumer Electronic Show is mid week so the rates skyrocket. I need to get an average nightly stay around $140 for 4 or 5 stars. Not sure how to rebid on in Vegas if I only want to stay on the Strip. Can you assist?
dahammer Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 Rebidding is explained in this Priceline Re-Bidding Explained thread.EasyClickTravel Travel Search has the Aladdin as an "off the record" property, the rate per day is $301, Harrah's is $239, so you may need to increase your bid, change your zone, or lower your star rating.

Tbud Posted February 5, 2007 Author Report Posted February 5, 2007 Didn't have much luck with a bidding strategy because of the Consumer Electronic Show, over 100,000 visitors in town and didn't receive any accepted bids up to $140.00.
