Claudia Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 We really want that resort hotel for 1 night.Thereuare, please let me know with which amount to start! It says 269.00-419.00 (USD) for that night on their website. Thanks!
thereuare Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 While the JW Marriott is the only resort that has been reported on the board in the Northwest zone... there could be others and you can be the first to report a new hotel in this zone. Are you willing to accept any 3* property in this zone? If so, what is your maximum bid? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Claudia Posted December 30, 2006 Author Report Posted December 30, 2006 No, I don't want to bid for anything else than the resort hotel. If I onlybid for resort could I end up with anythign else? Max. bid again would be around 150$.

thereuare Posted December 30, 2006 Report Posted December 30, 2006 You have six re-bid zones available when bidding Resort in Las Vegas (note: the Strip is NOT one of them). If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Given the time before your stay i wouldn't bid up to your limit just yet. I'd start as follows:Select Resort NW Las Vegas....Bid $90, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $95, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $115, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $120Any questions feel free to ask.Good luck and let us know how it goes. dahammer Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 if you must have this hotel, it appears that the JW Marriott is available through EasyClickTravel Travel for your date of travel for $196. It is shown here as an Off The Record property, check the website for ECT cancellation policy. :)
Claudia Posted February 28, 2007 Author Report Posted February 28, 2007 Tried since December to get the resort but was always unsuccessful for the dates end of April. I now switched dates and tried for April 16. Started with 130$, rejected, added rebid-zone 135, rejected, added rebid-zone 138$, rejected, added rebid-zone 142$ - Accepted! Went through the savingsbarn.com link.
