Some hotels then run specials where they will take one voucher per night. I think some luxury hotels require two vouchers. I took a quick look and saw some Rome hotels participating at the 50 Euro rate right now, as well as various other cities (click the Latest Offers link). You have to buy a minimum of five vouchers, and be sure you can use them up before their expiry.
