The gist of it was that Priceline, by using the Tealeaf software product, was able to determine that many offers that should have been accepted were not accepted, due to database errors.

I know that on this board and others many people have reported on odd anomalies where it seemed as if their bids should have been accepted, but of course nothing can ever be proven.
