I'm not a fan in general of Holiday Inns but this hotel looks pretty decent from the outside, but as everyone knows, never judge a book by its cover. :-)

I'm not a big fan of HI's either, which is not to say that they are all bad, but the quality level can vary greatly among the properties in the chain. However, the price certaily looks right and i'm sure you'll get your $55 worth :)

Yes, I won this on my first bid. ;-)

I'm at the hotel now and it's not that bad. Free parking and the rooms are actually decent. Much better than the LAX Holiday Inn.
