Was looking last minute for a place adjacent to New Brunswick. Only one 2.5 * among the options so I wanted to be careful about the free rebid and didn't play with small increments as I don't have time to bid again after 24 hours. $42 first bid was rejected and got this property on my second bid at $52.

$52 is not a bad price ... the best I ever got was $47 ... in order to get that, you need to bid $44 to start with and you should get a counter of something like $13 ... then reject, then rebid ...etc.

This a very new and nice hotel with nice pool ... and of course, can walk over to Bridgewater Commons Mall, nice food court, movie theater ... Border bookstores and Best Buy down the road ... You won't regret!

Just went there and saw the brand new The Village of Bridgewater Commons already opened! Many nice stores, full of cars in the parking lots ... right across this wonderful hotel that you can just walk over ...
