Needed to use 25 hot dollars that was expiring soon. $40/night was the lowest rate on Hotwire and I was surprised at the rate since I am checking in on a Saturday. Nonetheless, I was expecting to get a less than average hotel at that price. I figured it would only be one night and that the $25 savings would make it bearable.

Well it seems that I got a pretty good deal. Lowest rate on hotel website is $114. Location is near Rio and Gold Coast. Also website states that all rooms are newly renovated. This will be my first time at an Extended Stay and I am really looking forward to it.

Thanks for your post, can you double check the amenities associated with this property? The Hotwire Hotel list shows a "Condo" icon.

Sure dahammer, those are the only 3 icons . I did notice the difference in the list but forgot to mention it in my initial post. Maybe the Condo and A/C icons were dropped after the renovation?

thanks for the update! What a great location to spend some hot dollars. It looks like this place is fairly close to Rio, The Palms, and Gold Coast (which has a darn good buffet for the $$).
