Was trying to pick up an additional 2 rooms at the Hilton but ended up with 2 at the Wyndham which is a few blocks but no worries

Too bad you weren't able to get the same hotel, but it sounds like your plans are flexible enough that everyone will still be able to meet up easily enough.
