What should I start the bidding at? I know about the whole zoning strategy, I'm just not too familiar with hotel prices in Philadelphia. Thanks!
brooklynsapphire Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 I think you should start bidding around $80 and start going up from there. But since you still have a lot of time you can even start at less and keep rebidding.
