Swingkat75 Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 Looking for a nice property to spend a weekend at with our (almost) three-year old boy. We are planning on going to the zoo, but I don't mind driving a little bit to get there. Staying on the water would be great, but not neccesary. I really don't want to spend over $150/night. (We are coming from Vegas). I've only been to the city once and don't remember much about it. So, any help is welcomed. Thanks in advance!

Swingkat75 Posted August 16, 2006 Author Report Posted August 16, 2006 Either/or! :) Sorry if I posted it in the wrong spot. GO BLUE!
thereuare Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 Well with either you'll need to pin down the zone(s) you're willing to accept and then we'll be able to help you further. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Swingkat75 Posted August 16, 2006 Author Report Posted August 16, 2006 Like I said before, I don't know the area well enough to know which areas, I should be requesting. This is part of the reason I came to the board. However, the top choices look well enough: Mission ValleyDowntownSeaWorldCoronadoSan Diego Costal
thereuare Posted August 17, 2006 Report Posted August 17, 2006 Have you done a HOTWIRE search for your dates and the zone(s) to see if there is anything within your price range that peaks your interest and/or you can identify? This may give you a hotel that you want to try, or at least, a "what i'm trying to beat" rate for us to help with the next step. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
