yguns Posted July 13, 2006 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2006 Date is Aug 12 to 13 for 2 ppl.I did check Accor as well and they have the Mercure Mitte for a good deal @ $70 all in.Is that a good location to stay at - as opposed to Friedrichshain? Link to comment
WillTravel Posted July 14, 2006 Report Share Posted July 14, 2006 The Friedrichshain zone on Hotwire is too big for me to say anything about definitively, which is one reason I wouldn't want to get a hotel there, but it definitely is not terribly convenient to the main sites particularly at the outer edges. The Mercure Mitte does look to be in a pretty convenient location, near public transport, and it's near Potsdammer Platz. I'd definitely choose it over an unknown hotel in Friedrichshain.
