These rooms are for friends of ours as we will be in Chicago that weekend!! :) They are going to Milwaukee Mile Race Track and this hotel is 6 miles away. This property does not always get the best reviews but the location can not be beat and the price is right for them also. I'll report back on their opinion of the place.

PS, they wanted travel insurance as they are traveling with a couple with young children. If the children get sick, the figure the insurance might help out with a cancelation. I have never used the Travel Insurance so not too sure how flexible they are with it. BUT at 5.00 a room, if needed and it works, the price is right!

I've said this before regarding insurance:

In this instance the insurance is 10% of the hotel cost, so you have to ask "Is there a greater than 10% chance i'll need to cancel this trip?"

If the answer is 'yes' than insurance is a good bet, if the answer is 'no', then insurance is a bad bet. I'd suspect that for most the chances of cancelling a trip are less than 10%, but if a traveler's health condition is unknown than it could be worthwhile.
