fhubert
I am trying to get a room in Downtown Atlantic City from 7/4 to 7/8. I've been checking daily and a 3.5* with the following features shows up: Fitness Center, Restaurant, Pool, Golf Nearby and Business Center. It doesn't say near beaches or have a casino or on oceanfront. This leads me to believe it may the the Sheraton. However, a 3.5* is not on your Hotwire list or Priceline list. I know that the number of stars may be different between the websites but I am not quite sure what to do. The price just dropped from $99 to $95 today. It comes up as a customer favorite and seems like a great value. If it is the Sheraton, the beach is walking distance which is fine. Otherwise, I have no idea what hotel it could be. Should I take the chance? Link to comment
dahammer
this could be the Tropicana or Flagship Resorts, at any rate, this sounds like a good deal... Link to comment
fhubert
COuldn't be the Trop because that is beachfront and has a casino. Not the Flagship since it isn't available on Hotwire. Regular price on Hotwire says $139 which now matches Sheraton. I am very sure it is Sheraton now but I got a special for $89 today without using hotwire or priceline. Link to comment

thereuare
steven,Can you please start a NEW TOPIC to post your results so that others will see it when scanning the topic titles of the board. As there is likely more than one 3.5* hotel in this zone, please include the dates, price paid, and amenities shown before your purchase. You can still view all of this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page. Thanks! Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
