Does anyone know of inexpensive hotels in central NJ that have nice pools?

[biddingforhotel, I see that you regularly get the 2.5 Courtyard in Basking Ridge for $37. Does it have a decent pool?]

Thanks,

If you can head to Northern Jersey the Woodcliff Lake Hilton has a nice pool area. Also has an indoor pool in case the weather it bad :)

The Rye Hiton also seemed to have a "in lieu of a country club" type of atmosphere and probably attracts a local weekend crowd who stay the weekend just to use the facilities.

how about the 3* Marriott in Somerset for $33 on weekends? I've stayed here several times, but never used the pool. Hopefully Biddingforhotel can confirm the condition of the pool, but it looks pretty nice as it is set in a courtyard, surrounded by the 3 story hotel. I've even thought of hanging out by the pool and doing some work while reclining on one of the many chaise lounges...... as long as my laptop could pick up the WiFi signal..... :)

I've tried to get Courtyard Basking Ridge recently without success on weekdays up to $60 bids.

Dahammer mentioned Marriott Somerset. Last week this indoor/outdoor pool looked in good shape, but may need $45-50 on weekdays.

Holiday Inn Clinton has very good indoor pool. It goes for $39-59 on weekdays.
