Statements such as this always make me a bit nervous. It's a good reminder to everyone that you are not bidding on specific hotels... you are bidding on a minimum star rating within a pre-defined geographic area.

While this board may help in narrowing down the list of possibilities, new hotels can be added, and other hotels can be upgraded/downgraded, at any time. While i suspect a successful 3* bid in this area will either land you the Hyatt or the Doubletree, there are no guarantees... this is the risk you accept when you decide to exchange deeply discounted rates for choosing the specific hotel.

Given the above, if you still want to bid, you have one re-bid zone at the 3* level. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.
