Priceline Hotel: Montreal, 27/05 to 03/06

Hi,

I know priceline pretty well but have a question about timing.

If I am looking for a week in Montreal at end of May, is it better to bid now or closer to the time ot get the best price.

I have made two deals recently with priceline.

The day before leaving, I booked 3 nights in 4 star Midtown New York, I got the Hilton on 6ht Avenue for 120 from 27th Feb.

Two weeks ago I booked three night in central London 4 star from 13th - 16th April and got the Novotel Euston for 80 USD per night.

I can not figure which is a better deal, I think perhaps the London one alhtough I am yet to see the hotel and know the location is not as good.

I did not know about the savingsbarn link, but I will be sure to use it in the future and report my deals to all.
