Jasmine
I had previously bid up to $65 for a 3* in this zone and up to $55 for a 2.5* without any luck. At $55, I got the "if you increase your bid now by $15....". That was a few days ago and I've been inching up my bids ever since. Gotta love the new 24-hour rule!Cheapest rate on Marriott's site for these dates is $119 so I'm happy.I went through SavingsBarn first :) Link to comment

Jasmine
Well done! I think that you will like this a little better than the Homestead Suites!!! :) :) Just thinking about that place makes my skin crawl! Was your previously rejected bid $59?Not sure what you mean . This morning was the first time I bid as high as $59 for a 2.5*. Over the weekend, I bid $55 and got the message about increasing my offer. Then I bumped up my bid by a dollar each day.
