Hotwire Hotel: What San Diego hotel is this?

Looking for a hotel for 3/27-29 and were hoping for the Downtown or Harbor Island area. 2 came up a 1* with complimentary breakfast and highspeed internet access and a 2* with complimentary breakfast. Any idea which hotels these might be? Had originally wanted something a little nicer, but budget concerns are a factor now. Does anyone know if either of these have a shuttle to the airport or would that have been listed?

Neither of the above have been identified, but i at this star level i would not expect a Shuttle if that amenity icon is not shown.
