Reveal Hotels Not Working ?

 REVEAL HOTELS  not working as of today, Nov 2.   The REVEAL button  displays the drop-down section but no longer displays a Hotel Name.  For Non Identified hotels,  clicking the more ID button seems to initiate  the further research/lookup, even displaying a "Confidence Level"  (eg Excellent), but again the Hotel Name is blank.  Has the service been discontinued ?

We upgraded oursever yesterday which broke the way we display the researched hotel information (it also effected the Hotel Lists and BiddingHelper)

 

Assuming no major issues we anticipate having it fixed today.

The issue above has now been FIXED!!

 

Reveal Hotels (as well as BiddingHelper and the Hotel Lists) should now all be working correctly.
