The Hotwire coupon code for “new customers only” that is advertised at the top of this site’s main page will not credit $30 on standard rates.  There is no mention that it is for “hot rates” only. 

Although, when I called Hotwire, they said it is only for hot rates. How is a customer on this site supposed to know that?  Is this an error on the part of this website?

Sorry for the confusion... we have it correctly listed as 'Hot Rate Hotels' in the Hotwire Coupon list and at BiddingHelper.com.
