I'm looking for a hotel the night of 7/6.  I'll be in town for a play at the Cadillac Palace Theater.  I'm looking for the best value in relation to the theater and we are arriving/departing via Amtrak.  I'm seeing the following:

 

4.5* Theater District/Loop for $117 w/ the following amenities:

Restaurant, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Pet Friendly - 95% recommendation

 

4* Theater District/Loop for $106 w/ the following amenities:

Restaurant, Fitness, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Roll-in Shower - 80% recommendation

 

As always, I'm always open to other suggestions if you see something in a better location.

==>  Best guess would be the Kimpton Gray. If the Kimpton, that is 0.3mi from the Cadillac and the newest Kimpton property in the city.

Blind Accessible
Deaf Accessible
Travel Accessible
