I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. ==> a guess would be the Eurostars Hacienda Vista Real Hotel, but i'm heistant/doubtful given that this property starts at $504/nite for these New Year's Eve dates... it could be a pricing error by the hotel, but could also be some other property; either way it does look like a very nice deal consider it's NYE

Assuming you're referring to the Green Oasis Home Boutique i don't think it would be that property as too many things don't match (that is a B&B with 8 rooms so, at least to me, does not qualify as a 'resort'... as well as the TA rating of that property not matching this HOTWIRE offer).  The IS THIS A GOOD PRICE button is only showing you some options at the same star rating and in/around the zone, it's not necessarily indicative of every possible property.
