I need to book a hotel close to Lexington and 48th for 10/3-10/5. I've been looking at Midtown east options and would appreciate some help identifying the following hotel for $260/night:

4 star

Free internet

Boutique hotel

Business center

Fitness center

Restaurant

Self-service laundry

smoke-free rooms

Tennis nearby
