iwannaroom Posted April 6, 2017 Report Posted April 6, 2017 Well, this one didn't go quite as well as might have been expected :-( I started bidding at a higher level, and wasn't careful enough when adding lower stars and a zone. While not a complete disaster, this was not a particularly satisfying "win". Hotel location is farther away than I would have liked, and the price was no better than what Priceline offers straight up (with the hotel named, not Express). $75 + taxes/fees = $91.80 Hotel itself offers Senior rate of $84.55 + 10.50 = $94.55 (or close to it).
AaronJB Posted April 6, 2017 Report Posted April 6, 2017 Very sorry to hear that the bidding didn't go as planned. Hopefully the hotel will exceed expectations. Use our BiddingHelper.com tool where there is a IS THIS A GOOD PRICE button next to each listing so you can quickly get an idea of how much hotels of that star rating in the zone are going for thru traditional booking channels. Thank you for using the site's PRICELINE link to start your purchases and searches, as well as for letting us know about this new PRICELINE property so that we can update the site's Priceline Hotel List Enjoy your stay.
