I don't have a guess for the first property, and for the second property i'm seeing a different amenity set (fora  4* hotel in the Boston Common zone for $131/nite), the amenity set i'm currently seeing is:

Boutique, Restaurant, Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Tennis, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Roll-in Shower, Pet Friendly

==> if this is what you're seeing, best guess for this one would be the Revere Hotel Boston Common

 

Are you seeing the same amenity set as i am or are you still seeing the shorter amenity set in your first post?

 

If you need something closer to the lower price point of the first offer (or would like an additional option) i'm seeing the following (confirm dates on the landing page):

4* Boston Common for $104/nite with:

I  change my travel period to Dec 4 to Dec 8.  With the amenities, it is The Godfrey Hotel 97$ per night on PRICELINE EXPRESS
