The Paramount Hotel, downgraded to the 3* level since the last time it was reported to the board, would be my best guess for this one.

A downgrade of the Amsterdam Court would be a guess, but with such a limited amenity set (which apply to many hotels in NYC) it's difficult to stay with any high degree of certainty.

Has anyone booked this hotel, i see it for $ 881 incl. tax from 05.April - 10.April?

 

Is it possilbe that it would be Hilton Garden Inn?

You can see all of the hotels reported to the board here: Hotwire Hotel List New York. I'd agree with the downgraded Amsterdam Court guess, but also agree that there's few amenities to go on. It would likely not be the Hilton Garden Inn.
